If someone wants me to host any updated ones, I'll be more than happy to provide space for them. But really, it's not too hard to update these on your own. Just get the class together and get everyone to tackle a section.

Note from Mark:
1. LOM is complete and current to this year.
2. I have not yet included Prof Resp because it is half complete. I'll send
it along when it's done.
3. For some areas, there are 2 indices. One is like a proper index and the
other is like a summary or annotation of the materials. The latter ones are
marked with a "kc" in the document name.
4. I also included the civil lit outline of timing which is super helpful
(provided we get a question on time limits)
5. All indices (except LOM) will probably have wonky page numbers. It takes
more time than you think to update them. Also, for LOM (and soon for Prof
resp) I have added more detail. For example, where the old index might have
only had a listing for "Opening an Office" I have added a listing for
"Office, opening". That way, I'll be able to find either key word in a
